You can call our Virtual Advisor without opting into SMS. If, during the call, the advisor offers to send you a link or follow-up by text, the advisor will ask for permission before any SMS is sent.
If you clearly agree, our system may record your SMS consent in GoHighLevel with details such as consent status, consent source, consent method, consent program, phone number, and timestamp. If you do not clearly agree, no SMS is sent.
Important: Agreeing to continue a phone call, ask a question, receive email, or visit a website is not the same as agreeing to receive SMS messages. SMS consent must be separate and clear.
🔁 6. Message Frequency, Rates, and Carriers
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, your inquiry, the program you are interested in, support needs, reminders, and follow-up activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on your carrier, device, coverage, and network conditions.
